This cool little English Ford will be getting a full bodywork and paint restoration.

So far I’ve documented the details, started on some simple rust repairs and cut open some areas I knew were rusty to allow better access for the sandblaster.

Unfortunately there was even more rust than usual. Extensive repairs were needed. New chassis rails, floors, front guards top and bottom, A posts, doors, rear quarters, it was all cut out and replaced with new metal.

Lots of work involved in getting the body straight before all the seam sealing and paint process begins.

It’s always great to get the paint on and see it all assembled and polished up. Another one off home for the owner to assemble.
